Red Tent Initiative I started working with this NPO to help build a volunteer training and recruitment program. I have since become a board member and been unanimously elected president. I oversee the day-to-day operations including recruiting and training interns, overseeing social media marketing and events, and seeking sponsors and donations. Project started 8/13/2018
